I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Greensboro College and my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University in 2025. I am licensed in North Carolina as a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (#A22627). I am committed to creating a nonjudgmental, empathetic, and safe space where clients feel heard and understood. My goal is to help individuals work through challenges, develop effective coping strategies, and create meaningful, sustainable change in their lives.
My clinical experience includes working with teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma/PTSD, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, OCD, and relationship challenges. I am committed to helping clients navigate these difficulties with evidence-based support and a collaborative approach.

In my practice, I use an integrative approach tailored to each individual’s unique needs. I draw from Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I have also completed EMDR basic training and plan to continue advancing my skills in this technique to further support clients processing trauma and distressing experiences.

I believe every person is fearfully and wonderfully made in the image of God, with unique life experiences that shape who they are. While my personal faith is an important part of who I am, I deeply respect and welcome individuals from all backgrounds and strive to foster a supportive, inclusive environment for everyone I work with.

On a more personal note, I enjoy spending time with family, reading, and long walks with my dog. I look forward to meeting you!
