TAYLOR KONTOULAS

I am a graduate student at Liberty University, pursuing an M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Not only am I passionate about helping others, but I am dedicated to fostering a non-judgmental, empathetic, and safe space for clients, helping them work through challenges, develop coping strategies, and create sustainable changes in their lives.

In my practice, I utilize a blended approach of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy based on the individual's needs. I believe that each individual is fearfully and wonderfully made in the image of God and has their own unique experiences that shape who they are.

On a personal note, I enjoy spending time with family, reading, and long walks with my dog.
