If you are navigating trauma, grief, attachment difficulties, or a major life transition, you might feel stuck and overwhelmed. Maybe you can't quite name what you need but you know you don’t want to stay where you are. Even if your goals aren’t fully clear yet, you want to feel whole again, make sense of your experience, and move forward with purpose and hope. That’s where our work together begins. I aim to provide a space where you can feel safe, seen, and supported enough to be honest about what’s really going on so that you can start to experience healing. I believe that mental health doesn’t just impact our minds, it also impacts our bodies and our spirits. True healing requires us to care for all three.
I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor – Associate in the state of North Carolina. I received a Master of Arts in Christian Counseling in May of 2025 from Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary. My experience includes working with adolescents and adults that are experiencing trauma, grief, life transitions, anxiety, attachment difficulties, and relational issues. I use an integrative approach to counseling that incorporates Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy, attachment theory, experiential therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy. As someone who views healing as holistic – mind, body, and spirit – I am also able to offer counseling from a Christian perspective upon request. It would be an honor to walk with you as you navigate your journey toward wholeness.
On a more personal note, I enjoy what my friends like to call “old lady hobbies” like reading, going on walks, drawing, and doing puzzles. I also like to hunt for the best places in town for thrifting, vintage shopping, and matcha.

Approach
"My primary treatment approach is a combination of attachment theory with experiential techniques. Our goal during initial sessions is to build a therapeutic relationship characterized by a safe and secure attachment. This attachment can then be a steady foundation to explore the situations that have left you feeling overwhelmed and in need of healing."
