I am a graduate counseling intern currently pursuing licensure as a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor through the University of the Cumberlands. I hold a Master of Arts in Human Services Counseling with a concentration in Marriage and Family from Liberty University (2017), with a strong focus on relational and family systems.

I am passionate about creating a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe to explore their experiences and challenges. My counseling approach is integrative and client-centered, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and attachment-based perspectives.

Outside of counseling, I enjoy slow mornings with good coffee, spending time outdoors, and going on adventures with my husband and children.
