Seeking counseling can feel overwhelming, and my goal is to provide a space where you feel understood, supported, and equipped to navigate life's challenges. Together, we will explore your thoughts, emotions, behaviors, relationships, beliefs, and experiences to gain insight into what you are facing while also identifying effective strategies for growth and healing. I am passionate about helping clients recognize their strengths, resilience, and capacity for change. If you are feeling overwhelmed or alone, I would be honored to provide a supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to move forward with greater peace and confidence.

I earned my M.A. in Counseling from Covenant Theological Seminary in 2014 and am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC #22285) in North Carolina. I enjoy working with adolescents, adults, couples, and families.  While I work with a wide range of concerns, I have particular experience supporting individuals struggling with anxiety, stress, perfectionism, ADHD, OCD, depression, and emotional dysregulation. I also work with couples and families experiencing conflict, communication challenges, and disconnection.

My approach is tailored to each client's unique needs and integrates a variety of evidence-based and relationship-focused modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Attachment-Based Therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Brainspotting. For clients who desire it, I am also comfortable integrating faith into the counseling process.

Outside the office, I find calm through sunshine, dark chocolate, and noise-canceling headphones. I feel most at home in a jean jacket or by the sea. I think in pictures and metaphors, appreciate complexity, and have yet to master the art of keeping plants alive. I enjoy spending time with my family and gathering around the table with friends for a good dinner party.
