I believe in focusing on your holistic well-being and strive to offer a warm, non-judgmental presence. It is my hope to create a safe space where you can show up fully yourself and feel seen, accepted, and heard. Seeking out support through counseling takes such courage and I am honored to journey alongside you and help you work toward your goals.

I earned an MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Wake Forest University in 2024 and am licensed in North Carolina as a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (LCMHCA #A20553).
My theoretical approach is Person-Centered and trauma-informed. I also utilize Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, and Narrative Therapy. I am an EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) trained clinician and can incorporate that in sessions. I draw on conceptualization and interventions from a variety of other theories and treatments as well and will work to find the best approach for each individual client. Additionally, I am able to counsel from a Christian perspective (if requested by the client) in sessions.

My experience includes counseling women and teens with a wide range of presenting concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, perinatal and postpartum mental health concerns, life transitions, and relational issues.

On a more personal note, when I’m not in sessions, I love being with my husband and kids, thrifting, being outside, and drinking coffee.
