  • Data Usage: Data from our contact portal is collected for communication with clients/potential clients about service inquiries and scheduling.  It will not be used for advertising and is used to communicate directly (actual provider) to clients/potential clients.

  • Data Protection: The security of your personal data is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

  • User Rights: You reserve the right to ask us to delete or remove your contact information at any point.

  • Opt-In and Opt-Out: Text STOP to end receiving messages.  You can text START or simply respond to the message to opt-in.

SMS Messaging Terms & Conditions

  • Consent for SMS Communication

    • Customers will Opt-In for SMS messaging from CCCA through intake forms on their website located at https://www.centralcarolinacounseling.com/contact, this agreement for SMS will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

      After signing up for SMS messages, Text START to Opt-In to SMS messaging 

*Information obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties.

  • Potential Fees for SMS Messaging: Carries may charge for SMS messages sent and received.  This varies and depends on carrier pricing and domestic/international messaging.  

  • Types of SMS Communications

    • If you have consented to receive text messages from CCCA  you may receive text messages related to client scheduling Mental health-related resources

    • Below are examples:

      • Client/Potential Client Scheduling: Establishing or confirming appointment times, rescheduling, or canceling appointments

      • Mental Health Resources: Links or contact information for mental health education, providers, or referrals

  • Messaging frequency varies dependent on direct client/provider communication or potential clients/office admin communication about services. ​​

  • Standard Messaging Disclosures

    • Messaging and data rates may apply

    • Customers will be able to opt out of SMS messaging from CCCA by replying STOP at any time to any received SMS message, once opted-out they will receive no further SMS communication. They can Opt back In at any time by replying START
