I am a graduate student at Wake Forest University pursuing an M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I am passionate about developing trusting relationships that empower individuals to realize their goals.

I resonate with Person-Centered Therapy and aim to create an environment of warmth, empathy, and authenticity where individuals can feel safe to explore themselves. I believe that each individual is the expert of their own lived experience, and I seek to approach their unique stories with humility and respect. It is an honor to partner with individuals as they embrace their strengths and move towards healing, growth, and holistic wellbeing.

On a more personal note, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, going for walks, baking, and trying new coffee shops!
