I am committed to creating a safe and supportive space where individuals can make meaningful progress toward their therapeutic goals. I believe that each person is the expert on their lived experience, and I am honored to come alongside them through the counseling process. In my practice, I take a collaborative and individualized approach to working with clients, integrating elements of Person-Centered Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Existential Therapy.

Currently, I am pursuing an M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Wake Forest University. I am particularly passionate about supporting individuals through life transitions and am dedicated to fostering an inclusive, authentic, nonjudgmental, and understanding environment for all clients.

In my free time, I love spending time with my friends and family, hiking, and enjoying a good cup of coffee.
